Our locally based team of 160 factory trained, mobile service engineers are all linked by cellphone and on-board Midas laptop for a rapid and effective response. Each mobile unit carries a parts inventory which reflects the local truck pool to ensure a high first time fix ratio in order to keep your equipment on the move. At our fully equipped workshops, we carry out major overhauls and rebuilds to the highest standards and take pride in the quality of work achieved by our 28, highly skilled workshop engineers. A range of bespoke planned maintenance programmes are available as well as a contracted 24 hour emergency call out facility.

With a locally stocked parts inventory of 12500 line items we provide our customers with 95% availability with other parts delivered within 24 hours via our on-line link with the Linde central parts warehouse.

To ensure your materials handling equipment is operated efficiently, correctly and safely, and in order to realise the full potential of your investment in equipment and operators, our national network companies offer a range of professional and accredited training courses on every type of truck. The courses are available either on site or at the Linde regional centres.
